RunningMyself to 13.1

Calling all non-runners, walkers, runners, and marathoners! Do you want to train for a half but are lacking the motivation? Do you want to set some goals for 2017 and have a support group along the way?

Well, you’re in luck! Starting 1/23 RunningMyselfTogether will be joining runners of all sorts all across the country to embark on a half marathon training program. The program will bring through the first few months of the year into April.

It’s pretty simple. Join this Facebook Group and follow the plan below. Post progress and meet other runners on the same journey.
